Your Contact for Consulting

Dr. France Burkhardt

Dr. Franca Burkhardt accompanies organisations in demanding cultural transformation processes. The crucial aspect is the perspective on the big picture. In addition to processes, technologies and structures, it is particularly important to understand people and teams and their perspectives, needs, and behaviours. Only then can we recognise how all areas interact and steer their optimal development in a targeted and sustainable way.
